Step 1
Pork shoulder is thoroughly cleaned according to strict regulations, thinly sliced for easy grinding, then marinated with salt and spices for about 1 hour to remove the fishy smell, enhance the beauty of the product and create a characteristic aroma.
Step 2
Using a modern high-capacity grinder system, grind pork and other ingredients, add necessary spices and additives to increase the smoothness, uniformity and adhesion of the ingredients.
Step 3
Pour the minced meat and spice mixture into the container in moderate quantity, making sure it does not stick to the sides of the container. Steam briefly to release air and remove air bubbles. Cover and seal the container immediately after releasing air.
Step 4
Using modern sterilizer: Sterilize products in boxes at high temperature, about 121 degrees Celsius to ensure microbiological safety and long-term preservation time.
Step 5
The products are cooled after sterilization. Then, a team of highly qualified inspectors will quickly check the quality, design and packaging carefully before leaving the factory and delivering to consumers.
