Each pumpkin seed is carefully selected from farms that meet food safety standards.
The pumpkins are grown in loose, humus-rich soil under suitable climatic conditions, using bio-organic fertilizers and no growth stimulants. This results in large, uniform pumpkins with high quality.
After harvesting, the pumpkins are carefully hand-seeded and sorted 100% manually by skilled workers.
The seeds are evenly spread on trays and dried at a temperature of approximately 160–180°C (oven) for about 20–25 minutes, with stirring halfway through. After drying, the seeds are allowed to cool completely on the trays, then shelled and carefully packaged. The final product is quality-checked and food safety–certified before leaving the factory.
After sorting, the pumpkin seeds are thoroughly washed to remove all dirt and pumpkin fibers. They are then soaked in lightly salted water for 2–3 hours to allow the salt to infuse, before being drained and dried.
